Cancel your membership

You signed up before we moved to our new platform, so these older memberships are cancelled by our team rather than automatically. Send the request below and we'll take it from there. If you'd rather do it yourself, that works too.

Fill out the short form below. It reaches our support team directly, and we'll cancel your legacy membership, stop future billing, and email you to confirm. It also lets us make sure nothing's left hanging on our side.

Cancel directly in PayPal

Your membership is billed through PayPal, so you can stop the recurring payment right from your PayPal account whenever you like:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
  2. Click the Settings gear near the top-right corner.
  3. Open Payments, then Manage automatic payments.
  4. Find CG Cookie in your list of merchants.
  5. Select it, click Cancel, and confirm.
Cancelling stops future payments. If this billing period has already charged, it won't be refunded automatically, but your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
If you cancel through PayPal, send us a quick note through the form above or at support@cgcookie.com so we can confirm your membership is fully closed on our side. Don't see us listed in PayPal? Use the form above and we'll do it for you.
Before you go

A couple of things to know

  • This is a legacy membership. Once it's cancelled, we can't reinstate it at the original terms.
  • You're welcome back anytime. If you come back later, you'll join on our current plans, and CORE 5.2 LTS is on our annual plan.
